At Gavyuh Dhanam, we take utmost care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure that customers receive them in the best possible condition.
Since our products are food items, we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain hygiene, safety, and product integrity.
1. No Return on Food Products
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered, except in cases where:

The product is leaking or severely compromised during delivery
2. Reporting an Issue
If you face any issue with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)
For any claim regarding damage, leakage, or missing items, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
The video must:

Clearly show the sealed outer package

Show the entire unboxing process

Show the condition of the product inside
Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

Product has been opened, consumed, or tampered with

Claim is made after 24 hours of delivery

Product damage caused due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Minor packaging dents that do not affect the product inside

Claims without proper photo/video evidence
5. Verification Process
All claims are subject to verification by our team. We reserve the right to request additional information or evidence before approving a refund or replacement.
Our decision regarding the validity of a claim shall be final after reviewing the provided evidence.
6. Refund or Replacement
If the claim is found to be genuine, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

Refunds (if approved) will typically be processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases where fraudulent or repeated claims are suspected.
